The Autism Center of North Mississippi has a highly qualified team of trained professionals who work directly with the children, the parents, the school districts, the community and manage day-to-day operations.


Dr. Sheila Williamson

Clinical Director



Sheila Williamson, Ph.D., is a Clinical Psychologist and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D). She comes to the Autism Center from Integrated Health in Southaven.

For over 25 years, she has worked with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, emotional concerns, attention issues, severe behavioral concerns, and developmental disabilities. She has been blessed to provide services in the clinic, home, hospital and school settings. In addition, she has worked in exceptional programs like Rutgers Autism Program and the Kennedy Krieger Institute at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

 Dr. Williamson is committed to providing comprehensive assessments to guide treatment, as well as exceptional clinical treatment services including behavioral-oriented therapy, social skills therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, and parent training. Her main goal is to allow the children and young adults she works with to obtain their fullest potential while developing meaningful and relationships.

She lives in Belden, Mississippi with her husband Michael and enjoys spending time with their adult children.

She looks forward to expanding the array of services provided at the Autism Center to serve persons through young adulthood via group skills training.

Brittany Cuevas

Executive Director



Brittany Cuevas, M.P.A., comes to ACNM with a Master’s in Professional Accounting and a B.S.B.A. in Accounting. She has five years’ experience in public and corporate accounting. Her main role at ACNM is to increase awareness and financial support for the Autism Center of North Mississippi. She is responsible for business administration, public relations, grant applications, monthly Board meetings, and all fundraising events. She uses her corporate business experience to create a professional work environment at ACNM and to network with local business developers and other non-profits. Sharon Boudreaux

Director of Education Outreach



Sharon D. Boudreaux, M.A.T., BCBA, LBA, helped to found the Autism Center of North Mississippi, has previously served as the Executive Director from 2009-2013, and is currently a consultant for ACNM. She has a Master of Arts in Teaching in the field of special education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis with a focus on educating children with Autism and other forms of developmental delay. Sharon has been trained in Discrete Trial Training, the TEACCH model, Natural Environment Teaching, and Verbal Behavior. Sharon is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Additionally, Sharon has completed an intensive 2-week training at Carbone Clinic to gain further expertise in teaching and promoting verbal behavior. Sharon has experience working in and consulting with school systems, providing home-based therapy, and providing A.B.A. instruction in the clinical setting. Sharon has worked at the pre-school, elementary, and middle school levels providing academic instruction, community-based instruction and life skills training. Sharon created an early intervention program based upon the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis and TEACCH. Sharon has presented research findings and topics at the Council for Exceptional Children’s Annual Conference at the state and national level. Within the school system, her class was recognized as a model for structured teaching, behavior modification, and use of technology in the classroom. Sharon continues assisting families by providing training, establishing a community support group, developing summer social skills programs, and within the clinic, one-on-one instructional and behavioral interventions. She is committed to providing effective instruction and behavioral supports that will increase the individual’s quality of life. Samantha Kelly

Office Manager



Samantha Kelly is the Office Manager and Billing Specialist at the Autism Center of North Mississippi.  She graduated from Itawamba Community College with an Associates degree in Applied Sciences.  Currently, Samantha is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communications from Mississippi State University.  Since starting at ACNM in 2017, she has been an advocate for all our families by working with insurance companies and connecting families with available resources in their community.  For more information about services provided or insurance questions contact Samantha via email at samantha@autismcenternms.com.

 


Mona Broadaway assists the Office Manager and Administrative staff at the Autism Center of North Mississippi. She has year of experience in working in Human Resources. Mona advocates for families by guiding them through the process of obtaining services provided by ACNM as well as connecting them with other resources available in their community. Behavior Analysts

Jessyi Bryant Reed, M.A., BCBA, LBA, has a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Mississippi. Jessyi’s training and work experiences include working as a student researcher at the North MS Regional Center (NMRC), as an assistant teacher for students with Down Syndrome, and as a peer tutor for students with developmental disabilities. At the Autism Center of North Mississippi, Jessyi has received training in Verbal Behavior, Discrete Trial, and Natural Environment Teaching. She provides training for Registered Behavior Technicians, parent training, one-on-one instruction, behavioral interventions and support, program development, and school consultation. Haley Wood, M.A., BCBA, LBA, has a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Mississippi. Christy Sales M.S., BCBA, LBA has a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of MS. She has over 12 years of experience working with children with special needs. This includes experience as a licensed social worker in the mental health system, behavior technician experience in the public school system, a licensed inclusion teacher  (license currently active), and as lead BCBA developing and implementing intensive ABA programming in a clinical setting. In addition, she has 2 years of experience as a BCBA working with adults in home and community based services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Behavior Specialists

Cole Jackson, B.S., RBT, graduated from Blue Mountain College in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. He is currently attending Capella University to obtain his Master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis.  At the Autism Center of North Mississippi, Cole received training in Verbal Behavior, Discrete Trial, and Natural Environment Teaching. Emily Renfroe, B.S., RBT, graduated from University of Mississippi in 2018 with a degree in General Studies, minors in Psychology, History, and English. Jeanna Fleming, graduated from ICC in 2013 with an Associates in General Education. Brittany Wright, B.S., RBT, graduated from Southern Miss in 2019 with a Bachelors in Psychology.
